Flyknit
Flyknit redefined color. With the ability to create depth and dimension with every stitch, I designed color like consumers had never imagined.
Contrasting high chroma hues came together to create a 10' read as a neutral. Consumers found surprise and delight in sophisticated neutrals embedded with the slightest hint of energetic seasonal colors. And I redefined black and white with the iconic "Oreo" colorway, a vibrational take on the basic that is anything but boring.

For the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, my mission was to reimagine traditional federation color through the latest innovation for Track and Field athletes. After exhaustive color and materials studies, the lenticular kits amplified the kinetic energy of the world's greatest athletes' bodies in motion. The look was bold but nuanced, and unlike anything the world had ever seen before.

A revolutionary sneaker needs revolutionary color.
From initial concept to commercialization over 5 years later, I collaborated with manufacturing experts to create proprietary dye and knit techniques that visually amplify the sensation of walking on air.
